Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1973 and began business as a trader in timber logs, sawmilling, and the importing and exporting of timber wood, moulding products and sawn timber. The timber business included the Kiln Drying of timber. Goodhill Enterprise then further expanded into the importing and exporting of American Wood Timber in the late 1980s.

In 2012, Goodhill E-Biz Pte Ltd (Korea Centre) was launched as a branch that focuses on business matching and exhibition services for Korean companies. Goodhill E-Biz Pte Ltd is a certified member of the Small and Medium Business Corporation(SBC) by the Korea Central Government and the Korea International Trade Association(KITA).

In 2009, the 'GOODHILL' series of high quality Korean vinyl tiles was launched. 

In 2007, the resources division was formed to trade in coal, sand and granites.

In 2006, the outdoor decking and flooring division was formed, offering a wide range of outdoor flooring solutions, from natural wood to wood plastic composite (WPC). 

In 1996, Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd started to import timber doors from Indonesia and became one of the largest distributor of timber doors in Singapore. At the same time, the company also manufactured wooden fire rated doors, plywood doors and custom-designed doors to suit all market requirements.

In 1989, Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd. began trading in Cambodia, and in 1993, Goodhill Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd. was established. Having 17 years of business operations and experience, Goodhill has evolved to become one of the leading sales and distribution companies in Cambodia.
